Wie zijn wij?

PrimeForm is een dienst van Roemersma Imperium B.V., ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 64502813. PrimeForm biedt een digitaal platform voor atletische prestatiebegeleiding, waarbij trainings- en gezondheidsdata worden geanalyseerd om gepersonaliseerd advies te geven. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?

—Accountgegevens: naam, e-mailadres
—Gezondheids- en fitnessdata: hartslag, hartslagvariabiliteit (HRV), rusthartslag (RHR), slaapdata, stressniveau, activiteitendata
—Cyclusdata (optioneel): menstruatiecyclus, anticonceptievorm
—Trainingsdata: activiteiten, belastingsmetingen, prestatiecijfers (via Strava- en/of Garmin-koppeling)
—Zelfgerapporteerde data: readiness, blessures, doelen, dagelijkse check-ins

Waarom verwerken wij uw gegevens?

Wettelijke grondslag: verwerking vindt plaats op basis van uw toestemming (Art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG) en de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (Art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG). Gezondheidsdata wordt verwerkt op basis van uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming (Art. 9 lid 2 sub a AVG).

—Het leveren van gepersonaliseerd trainings- en hersteladvies
—Het analyseren van belasting, herstel en prestatieontwikkeling
—Het verbeteren van de PrimeForm-dienst
—Communicatie over uw account en de dienst

Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?

Wij bewaren uw gegevens zolang u een actief account heeft bij PrimeForm. Na beëindiging van uw account worden uw gegevens binnen 30 dagen verwijderd, tenzij een wettelijke bewaarplicht van toepassing is.

Delen wij uw gegevens met derden?

Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit aan derden. Uw data wordt uitsluitend verwerkt door Roemersma Imperium B.V. Wij maken gebruik van de volgende technische dienstverleners:

—Google Firebase (Firestore) — opslag van gebruikersdata, gehost binnen de EU
—Strava — activiteitendata via OAuth-koppeling (op uw verzoek)
—Garmin — gezondheids- en activiteitendata via OAuth-koppeling (op uw verzoek)
—OpenAI — voor het genereren van gepersonaliseerd advies (data wordt niet opgeslagen door OpenAI voor training)

Al deze verwerkers zijn gebonden aan verwerkersovereenkomsten en verwerken data uitsluitend in opdracht van PrimeForm.

Internationale doorgifte

Uw gegevens worden opgeslagen op servers binnen de Europese Unie. Er vindt geen doorgifte van persoonsgegevens naar landen buiten de EU/EER plaats.

Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies, misbruik of ongeautoriseerde toegang. Dit omvat versleutelde verbindingen (HTTPS), toegangsbeveiliging en regelmatige beveiligingscontroles.

Uw rechten

Op grond van de AVG heeft u de volgende rechten:

—Recht op inzage in uw persoonsgegevens
—Recht op rectificatie van onjuiste gegevens
—Recht op verwijdering ("recht op vergetelheid")
—Recht op beperking van de verwerking
—Recht op dataportabiliteit
—Recht op intrekking van toestemming
—Recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

Cookies

De PrimeForm-app maakt gebruik van functionele cookies die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren van de dienst. Er worden geen tracking- of advertentiecookies gebruikt.

Wijzigingen

Wij behouden het recht deze privacyverklaring te wijzigen. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen informeren wij u via e-mail of een melding in de app. De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar op primeform.nl/privacy.

Who are we?

PrimeForm is a service provided by Roemersma Imperium B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 64502813. PrimeForm is a digital platform for athletic performance coaching, analysing training and health data to provide personalised advice. Contact: yoram@xysg.nl | primeform.nl

What data do we collect?

—Account data: name, email address
—Health and fitness data: heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), sleep data, stress levels, activity data
—Cycle data (optional): menstrual cycle information, contraception type
—Training data: activities, load metrics, performance figures (via Strava and/or Garmin integration)
—Self-reported data: readiness, injuries, goals, daily check-ins

Why do we process your data?

Legal basis: processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

—Providing personalised training and recovery advice
—Analysing load, recovery, and performance development
—Improving the PrimeForm service
—Communication regarding your account and the service

How long do we retain your data?

We retain your data for as long as you have an active PrimeForm account. Upon termination of your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Do we share your data with third parties?

We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is processed exclusively by Roemersma Imperium B.V. We use the following technical service providers:

—Google Firebase (Firestore) — user data storage, hosted within the EU
—Strava — activity data via OAuth integration (at your request)
—Garmin — health and activity data via OAuth integration (at your request)
—OpenAI — for generating personalised advice (data is not retained by OpenAI for model training)

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data solely on behalf of PrimeForm.

International data transfers

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

—Right of access to your personal data
—Right to rectification of inaccurate data
—Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
—Right to restriction of processing
—Right to data portability
—Right to withdraw consent
—Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

Cookies

The PrimeForm app uses strictly necessary functional cookies required for the service to operate. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. In case of material changes, we will inform you by email or via an in-app notification. The most current version is always available at primeform.nl/privacy.
